Starting to Export

Whatever the size of your business, the benefits of exporting are clear: a potential growth in sales and profits, increased exposure and credibility for your organisation, exposure to new ideas and the opportunity to extend the lifespan of your product or service.

According to recent Government research*, 85% of businesses say that exporting has led to a ‘level of growth not otherwise possible’ and 87% of businesses say that exporting benefited their credibility or profile.

However, there can be significant legal, financial, cultural and language barriers that prevent you from reaching your overseas goals.

Whether you are thinking of exporting or already exporting and looking to develop new markets, there is a wealth of support and advice available to help you overcome any potential barriers and to help you effectively plan for exporting success.
