Retaining the younger generations is sizing up to be an ongoing challenge for employers as they have shown a propensity to switch jobs every couple of years. Through this interactive workshop we will share some generational research and highlight what motivates the gen Y's and Z's to stay on the job. To help managers retain their talent, we'll specifically focus on developing skills in the following areas:
- Running an engaging induction
- Setting SMART objectives to help ensure work is meaningful
- Conducting motivational performance reviews
- Developing employees for the future
The workshops are available free of charge but the equivalent cost of delivering them would count as state aid at full market rates. All companies in the European Union are entitles to receive up to 200,000 Euros in government aid in a 3 year period under State Aid de minimis regulations.
