This half day session is a highly interactive, enjoyable and stimulating mix of learning and group coaching focusing on four essential skills for managers in the third sector.
The workshop will look at Time Management, specifically identifying and developing strategies to curb the "time stealers" in your work life. Then we will look at the best way to use your available time to make a difference as a manager.
The session will then explore Communications in the workplace and turn accepted practice on its head to ensure your communication is effective every time.
Delegates will then examine Delegation, the pitfalls, the advantages and how to successfully delegate as well as manage upward delegation from your team.
Finally we will identify simple and effective techniques to help individuals in your team to improve their Performance and maintain it.

The trainer/mentor is Rob Legge who is a successful independent leadership trainer and coach. Previously he was a Director at Sense, Leonard Cheshire, RNIB and Oxfam as well as enjoying ten years as CEO of Focus Birmingham.
