Intellectual property (IP) is something unique that you create. Having the correct IP protection helps prevent the stealing or copying the names of your products or brands. You can also protect your inventions, the design of your products, and the things you write or make.
Intellectual Property Office is an operating name of the Patent Office.
We have business advisors at the Growth Hub who have been trained by the Intellectual Property Office to provide IP advice. Advisors will be able to deliver an IP Assist consultation for businesses seeking support to manage their business assets. They can also signpost businesses to the best and most appropriate IP support available in the region.
