Rowan Precision Ltd, a Birmingham-based precision engineering company approached the GBSLEP Growth Hub for support to help achieve their growth and diversification ambitions. This included plans to purchase new equipment and capex to increase their capacity.
The Growth Hub enabled support across a number of specialties including, Access to Finance. Vernon Hogg, our Finance Specialist, reviewed business plans and forecasts, and advised on grant availability. Additionally, Rachel Eade, our Rail & Advanced Manufacturing Sector Specialist, provided rail diversification support.
Charlotte Bowden, Growth & Resilience Specialist, signposted them to and supported them throughout the Peer Networks programme. This is an opportunity for business leaders to collaboratively work through common business issues and to implement practical solutions to overcome them.
