However, having online events has allowed businesses to connect, to become more resilient and to know that they are not alone during this crisis as there is a lot of guidance accessible. “These strange times have really helped me to understand what support is available to businesses, what is happening in the local and wider business world and how to strengthen my business network.” Samina continued: “I felt connected and within a business community, I didn’t feel lonely and isolated which can be a factor for entrepreneurs and businesses.”
