Peer Networks is a national peer-to-peer networking programme for SME leaders that want to grow and develop their organisation for future success. Delivered locally by GBSLEP Growth Hub, we create diverse cohort groups of individuals to collaboratively work through common business issues. Through interactive action learning, we enable you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them.
"Peer Networks has helped us have a more objective perspective on our business. Listening to the other participants we were struck by the commonality of the challenges facing different SMEs. The unexpected bonus for me was the support I felt from the group."
- Colette King, Platform Three
"What was useful was being able to compare some shared frustrations but also some really positive stories and inspirational interaction. What sat behind it was expert 1:1 business coaching which changed my thinking and was very beneficial."
- Chris Gregory, Heartflood Ltd
"Peer Networks helped me take time out from the day-to-day running of our business and focus on my leadership skills and capabilities. My peer group had a good mix of knowledge and experience from a variety of sectors which became a trusted source of advice."
- Paul Griffiths, Aspire Sports
Peer-to-Peer support is not simply networking with peers but rather a structured, trusted intervention with a small cohort of businesses with similar growth trajectories where issues, challenges, concerns, opportunities – and even financials – are shared, ideas exchanged, and guidance sought from a trusted group.
Are you ready to find a group of people you can share ideas with, learn from and debate the best way forward for your business? If so, then a Peer Network might be for you.
From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, our expert facilitators give you the flexibility to create a trusted support network that works for you, helping you to build and strengthen your business and improve its overall performance.
There is some flexibility on the eligibility requirements, so if you are unsure, please register your interest below and we’ll get right back to you.
