Training is delivered as part of Adult Skills for Work, which is delivered by Serco on behalf of and funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority Adult Education Budget.
Adult Skills for Work aims to engage residents aged 19+ to improve skills within a job role and address skills gaps for the business.
Eligible businesses can benefit from:

- Training to improve the skills of your workforce to meet future challenges or skills shortages.
- Support for your staff to gain new skills, improve their current level of knowledge in an occupation, or get them ready for an apprenticeship.

Adult Skills for Work uses a network of expert training providers who deliver a range of fully funded training courses and accredited qualifications. The courses on offer include:
- Coding and Cyber Security.
- Digital Skills.
- Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing.
- Health & Social Care.
- Warehousing.
- English & Maths.
- Management.
